Hey! I’m Sarah, the SAHM, Stay-at-Home-Mom.
Somehow in my mind this always used to conjure up pictures of a sweet woman in a denim jumper who did cute crafts with her angelic kids all day. Instead I wear jeans and try to come up with ideas of fun things we ALL enjoy, which sometimes means painting or playing with playdoh and sometimes means we play outside or go look at the fish at Bass Pro Shop. (I have boys, can you tell?) Of course, my kids are always angelic…Ahem. ;)
My two boys are a huge part of what makes my life so fun, crazy, and predictable/unpredictable all at the same time. They’re not quite two years apart and they keep me on my toes. And on my hands and knees cleaning things up.
Alone time for me is the boys’ naptime, which is when I fold laundry and watch Gilmore Girls. I also use these blissful hours to read or carve out time to write. I’m a newly published author--my first romantic suspense book just released in May and another is coming out in October! I’m represented by Alice Crider of Word Serve Literary.
